Dynamic Strength

Dynamic Strength is a 60-minute strength and conditioning workout that combines quality weight lifting with high-intensity interval training. Each class is unique but always focuses on full-body dynamic strength — the instructor will explain the structure and demo each exercise at the start of class. You will master functional movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more, while also improving your cardio-respiratory function with high-intensity bodyweight exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, this non-heated class is as fun as it is effective.

Meditation

Meditation is a time to drop into still and quiet while practicing observing the present moment with awareness and equanimity, or mindfulness. This practice is offered in the style Insight or Vipassana meditation, but you are welcome to practice any meditation technique you are familiar with as long as silence and sitting is observed. Insight Meditation is a simple technique which has been adapted from the Vipassanā tradition that has been practiced in Asia for more than 2,600 years. It's purpose is to strengthen mindfulness, which is our capacity to experience "things as they are" directly, without the filter of discursive thinking, evaluation or habitual reactivity. It consists of bringing a natural and clear attention to whatever occurs in the present moment. Beginning with the focusing of attention on the breath, the practice concentrates and calms the mind. It allows us to see through the mind's conditioning and thereby to be more fully present in the moment.

Candlelit Sound Bath

A practice of receiving, this candlelit evening sound experience is designed to open you up to deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and nourishment for your nervous system. Each crystal singing bowl is keyed to the chakras, or energy centers of the body, where their vibrational frequency tunes the body back to its state of resonance and harmony. Students will be reclined for the duration of the experience with optional support of props while being bathed in sound. Hydration is recommended after class as well as continued relaxation and rest. This practice is accessible for everybody and can be especially beneficial for those experiencing overwhelming thought patterns or stress. Please come as you are in comfortable clothing. Space is limited to 16 students; advanced booking and registration is required for this class.

Breath & Sound

Breath & Sound is an immersive experience designed to help you move out of the mind and into the heart. Through conscious two-part pranayama breathing and a curated music playlist, you’ll be guided to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm of ease and flow. This approach to breathwork is gentle, feminine, and deeply nourishing—an invitation to soften rather than strive. The journey concludes with the healing resonance of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open. Breath is the great connector—linking us to life, to nature, and to the spacious awareness within. As we breathe, we remember our unbound, limitless essence. Safety returns. Old emotions dissolve. The heart expands, and we find ourselves resting inside sacred space once again

Breathe & Release

A guided breathwork journey to reset your body, quiet your mind, and release what you no longer need. Using an active three-part breath in and out through the mouth, you’ll be supported to move through layers of stress, emotion, and tension, opening space for clarity and renewal. Set in the container of sound and space holding, we breathe to the beat- allowing rhythm and guidance to carry you deeper into your own experience. This practice helps you reconnect with your energy and return to what feels real and alive in your body. Whether you come seeking release, inspiration, or simply a deeper exhale, you’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more at home in yourself.

Relax Deeply

A practice of letting go. Relax Deeply is a curated practice of poses that promotes access to the parasympathetic nervous system by building a bridge with breath to eventually experience total relaxation and stillness in the body. This is a restorative yoga practice accessible for all regardless of experience or ailments. Props are used to support longer holds with ease, while emphasis on slow, even breathing soothes the nerves and cultivates steadiness within. A wonderful opportunity to explore depth without strain, find comfort within discomfort and drop into deeper states of relaxation.

Honey Pop!

A mix of agility strength and multi directional primal movement. Class is focused on creating strength and stability through mobility and intertwines dance styles including African, belly, tribal, pole, and ballet.

Stretch & Release

Stretch & Release is focused on improving flexibility and reducing muscle tension through a combination of slow, controlled movements that incorporate tools like foam rollers and myofacial release balls to target and release tight areas, improve joint mobility, and aid in muscle recovery. This work helps reduce muscle tension and ease tightness in muscles and the surrounding fascial system as well as improve flexibility and mobility by allowing for more range of motion. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will aid in recovery and help alleviate stiffness, stress, and soreness, leaving you feeling well balanced, open, and relaxed.

Aligned Strength

Aligned Strength is a low impact resistance workout rooted in traditional Pilates principles. We focus on strength, flexibility and alignment to tone, tighten and lengthen all major muscle groups in an intelligent and well balanced way. A special emphasis is placed on the deepest core muscles and glutes that normally go untouched. Using small controlled movements, you’ll be targeting those deep, tiny stabilizer muscles that are a large part of a completely strong and balanced body. Props like bands, balls, hand weights, pilates rings and more will be used to add to the intensity. This is a great class to compliment other activities like heavy lifting, yoga and surfing. Expect to get to know muscles you never knew you had!

Dynamic Strength

Dynamic Strength is a 60-minute strength and conditioning workout that combines quality weight lifting with high-intensity interval training. Each class is unique but always focuses on full-body dynamic strength. Hatha with Sound Healing

This therapeutic practice focuses on cultivating a relationship with our body’s own intuitive intelligence. The frequency of sound is used to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well being - everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibration, and sound can be used to balance and harmonize this energy. It can elicit a sense of calm and peace, and can also energize and awaken those who practice or experience it. Movements are slow and meditative, combined with pranayama, mantra, and mudra. Space for deep rest is held by the sound of the crystal singing bowls in Savasana - a luxurious mid day reset.

Vinyasa Level 2/3
