Pilates a Balanced Mind/Body workout improving posture, body mechanics, spinal flexibility, core strength, balance, coordination, and correct breathing.

Acro classes are offered at the Carterville location, with the specific times to be announced.

Tap classes, including levels 1, 3, 4, Advanced Tap, and Adult Tap, are offered at the Carbondale location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with various time slots.

Combo classes offered at the Carterville and Carbondale locations, catering to various age groups from 2 to 11 years old, with specific days and times available for each age range.

Ballet classes, labeled Ballet 1 through Ballet 5, are available at the Carterville location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with distinct time slots for each level.

This class is open to complete beginners all the way to the intermediate aerialist. For beginners, read more about what will be taught, which is found under the “Adult Aerial Silks Level 1” section.”

This class is open-level for students ages 9-15. The class focuses on building strength, flexibility and awareness in the air while exploring and creating new vocabulary. Students will practice moving together as well as developing their own style of movement. No experience necessary.

This class teaches the basics of aerial silks technique and as an expressive dance form. We explore climbing, leg locks, and a variety of silks vocabulary. Classes include conditioning that targets muscles needed for lifting and sustaining the body while in the air. Classes are open to people who want to try aerial silks for the first time and those wanting to expand on basic techniques.

This class is for students with previous aerial experience or who have completed level 1. Classes expand upon silks vocabulary, continuing to build strength, stamina, and knowledge of aerial silks technique. Level 2 integrates more complex material such as inversions, types of fabric wraps, transitions, and flexibility training. You must have instructor approval to sign up for this class.

Technical Skills classes, including Beg/Int, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, are offered at the Carterville location on Tuesdays and Thursdays with specific time slots.

Hip Hop classes are available at both the Carterville and Carbondale locations, with specific days and times listed for each.
