Sound Elixir Sound Bath

Join us once a month for an energy balancing sound bath. In this session we start with a few minutes of breath work and chanting to relax your nervous system and maximize the benefits from the bath. We use breath, crystal bowls, Reiki and energy healing session to create a mini retreat for your well-being. Prepare to feel Relaxed, balanced, grounded, clear and maybe even energized.

Vinyasahh

Vinyasahhhh is a slow-flow Vinyasa yoga class designed to help you unwind, stretch deeply, and breathe fully. Expect gentle movement to warm the body, long-held stretches to release tension, and focused breath-work to calm your mind. You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, and deeply relaxed—like a sigh of relief for your whole body. Perfect for all levels.

Shakti Shift

Shakti Shift is a movement practice that incorporates stillness, breathwork, kundalini spinal movements, body strength. Shakti Shift is designed to guide you into harnessing your personal power and growth. Named after the Hindu concept of Shakti, representing feminine strength and vitality, this class aims to tap into your inner power and facilitate positive transformation. Through a combination of physical exercise and spiritual connection, Shakti Shift promises to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and open to inner exploration.

Mindful Movement Yin

Drawing upon a fusion of Western anatomical principles and insights from Eastern traditions, Mindful Movement Yin Yoga classes offer students an opportunity to explore mindfulness through both dynamic movement and moments of calm. Through the integration of breath-work, gentle movements, self-care techniques, and gentle stretches, and supplemented with teachings from Buddhist, Taoist philosophy, and scientific knowledge, participants will acquire the skills to nurture flexibility, enhance body-mind awareness, and foster inner peace.

Stylized Pole Dance

Offers a wide variety of ever changing choreo styles. Each month we will be working on a new choreography to introduce you to a different style or flavor of pole dance, such as hard style, contemporary, strip plastique, Latin, floor work, low flow, burlesque, edge work, and more!

Spin Pole Level 2

Taught in a circuit formation. Each pole will be dedicated to working on different aspects of your pole skills. Students will rotate around the room working on spin combos, conditioning, new tricks, static rotations, climbs, sits, laybacks, inverts etc.

Pole Dance Combos

Focuses on developing low flow skills while building freestyle confidence. Poles will be set to static as students are guided through a sequence of movements designed to help refine technique, smooth transitions, and explore your own style!

Guided Pole/Open Pole Practice

This is a self-led opportunity to work on your pole skills, and our instructor is always available to support you during your practice.

Sensual Pole Dance

Each month we will be working on a new choreography built to embrace the sensual nature of pole. You are welcome to explore pole heels in this class.

Spin Pole Level 1

The next step in your pole journey! In this class you will learn fundamental pole skills like climbing, jasmine, genie, figurehead, and sits. We will work on conditioning and building up to inversions and climb transitions. Make sure to check with the instructor to confirm that you meet the prerequisites before signing up.

Pole Foundations

A great place to start for the absolute beginner! Learn foundational pole dance moves, grips, and spins and get a taste of the different styles of pole we offer at the studio. Please have arms and legs exposed for this class, you will need skin to grip the pole.

Tramp Cardio & Strength

This dance cardio and sculpting fusion class combines simple choreography to increase heart rate and make you sweat with the low impact benefits of the trampoline. Build strength with dynamic movements on and off the tramp focusing on different muscle groups each class. Enjoy class set to the fire jams you can expect from Hustle and Flow.

Shakti Shift

Shakti Shift is fluid in its movements while building core strength, flexibility, and stability. This class moves along to powerful music in a playful way that is both challenging and accessible, using breath work and movement purposefully and intentionally. Shakti Shift infuses Vinyasa flow, Pilates and dance. While it is challenging in nature, it is a low impact workout.

Flex Appeal

You will get fully worked and twerked after a cardio warm up, followed by a barre like format of ballet drills using a chair, with leg lifts, supported curtsy lunges and many more chair assisted exercises. You will then use bands and or weights for optimal stretch and strengthening. You will learn isolations which will turn into a twerk tutorial with some freestyle movement. This class may also include mat work, ankle weights, and stretch.

Hustlercise Dance Cardio

Hustlercise is an addictive, hybrid fusion of dance and strength moves make for a fierce and wild workout. As usual, the music will be loud and energetic. Each Instructor who teaches Hustlercise has their own style and music taste, but all classes will be sure to leave you covered in sweat and satisfied with a workout well done!

Pole Dance Beginner and Intermediate

Pole Dance for Beginners are for students with little to no Pole experience. Intermediate Pole Dance is for students with Level 1 or higher experience. Heels and sexy attire recommended, but not required. What ever you want to wear that makes you feel like a confident queen! Learn a sensual pole choreography as a monthly series. You may drop in at any time, but the new choreography will be taught each month, like we do in our other dance classes. Knee pads and socks a must! Hustle Heels Choreography

Dance Choreography in heels with elements of Contemporary, Lyrical and Hip Hop Dance and all the booty shaking and hair whips Hustle and Flow® is so well known for. Alyx will warm you up, take you across the floor, you’ll learn a combo and cool down! Heels recommended, but not required. Soft knee pads sometimes needed. All are welcome.

Dance Fusion Choreography

This choreography class is a mixture of high energy dance moves, inspired by Hip Hop, Contemporary and West African Dance. The styles and genres of choreography greatly differentiate each month! You may even find that some months are a lot slower and more flowy than the last. These changes are a wonderful dance challenge for your body and brain! We warm-up, break down choreography, DANCE!! Dance choreography changes monthly. You can drop into any class during the month. Some dance experience is helpful, but all levels welcome!

Expressive Dance Choreography

Heavily rooted in contemporary style, this choreographed class will also blend hip hop, modern, and other dance styles as well. Each month we will dance to a different song and tap into a different feeling. No experience required. This class is all about emotional expression through dance allowing you a chance not only to try something new but to experience the cathartic and blissful feeling of putting your heart and soul into movement.

Intro to Pole Tricks

Become familiar with fundamental pole movements such as walking, turning, basic grip and hand placement, spins, and more. In Intro to Pole Tricks you will learn transitions, combinations, and tricks on spin/static pole, strength and conditioning exercises and fundamental moves such as climbing will provide you with the tools to build strength, control, and fluidity to take it to the next level in your pole journey!
