This class is for competition dancers. Production is the combination of an array of dance styles, levels, and abilities. This collection is all rolled into one large and entertaining-themed production.

A dance performed wearing shoes fitted with metal taps, characterized by rhythmical tapping of the toes and heels. This style of dance allows students to express themselves through their feet.

Acrobatic class combines advanced tumbling, flexibility, balance and limbering skills into one exciting, skill building class.

This class focuses on Majorette Style baton training in a private lesson setting.

This class students will learn the basics and fundamentals of dance. Strong technique extends across all areas of dance and is essential for each dancer’s personal technical growth. This class does not include a recital piece.

This class is open to a combination and arrangement of all styles and areas of dance.

Contemporary dance is a lovely blend of ballet and modern movement. This class is used to express feelings and emotions through artistic and extemporaneous movements.

Lyrical is a beautiful combination of Jazz, ballet and modern dance. This style of dance offers a story inspiring creative movement and harmony. This style focuses on the technique of ballet, the patterns of jazz and the passions of modern.

This class is a fan favorite! Students will learn popping, locking and breaking all the while rhythmically enjoying creative movement to urban music. This style of dance is very energetic and upbeat with an emphasis on hip-hop culture and creativity.

Our gymnastic classes focus on floor gymnastics. ADS has a state-of-the-art tumble track as well as other state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment. These classes will increase your body balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance.

Tumbling is a basic form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Here you will learn basic tumbling skills to prepare you for the next level of training.

Ballet is the fundamentals of dance; an art form in which is created by the body. A story will be told with your entire body and fall in love with the magical technical based rhythm.

This class will teach the use of rhythmically complex and syncopated movement. Jazz has a strong technical background that serves to portray self-determination and simplicity all the while dancing to the upbeat music of our generation.

A unique opportunity to learn one-on-one from an expert. We offer private lessons for any of our offered classes. Each lesson is 30 minutes; providing quality one on one instruction, helping you reach your personal goals all while building skills and confidence.

Our Latin Ballroom is a fast pace recreational partnered dance. Lessons are done private lesson style.
