Many of our instructors, including Kayla Hathaway and Alicia Byrnes, have a history as former Greenville Civic Ballet students. Our Owner/Artistic Director, Kimberly Gray-Saad, and Studio Manager/Instructor, Cherita Lytle, are committed to developing pre-professional dancers through The Dance Collective, offering performance and choreographic exploration. GCB students actively participate in numerous community performances and competitions, including the New York City Dance Alliance. Alumni have achieved professional success with companies such as Charlotte Ballet and the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes. Greenville Civic Ballet aims to provide the "absolute best dance experience possible" for every student, preparing them for personal enjoyment and potential careers in dance.
