Morristown School of Dance Arts, located in Morristown, Tennessee, has been a cornerstone of dance education since its establishment in 1973. We cultivate a passion for movement in students of all ages, from preschoolers and teens to adults. Our diverse curriculum inspires and challenges dancers through a comprehensive range of disciplines including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. We offer classes at various levels, from beginner to advanced, including dedicated adult Ballet sessions and specific programs for preschoolers. Our talented faculty includes Roxanne Shepard, with over twenty years of teaching experience and studies under Gail Kilgore and Marvin Askew; Laura Blair, who brings over 12 years of teaching experience and a dance degree from Walters State; and Jill Reynolds, a former student and instructor since 2013, boasting extensive training. Morristown School of Dance Arts is renowned for its long-standing tradition of performance, notably being the first in the Lakeway Area to present full-length "The Nutcracker Ballet" and "Dracula 'A Ballet with A Bite.'" We provide ample performance opportunities, culminating each year with a vibrant spring performance.
