The Jewel of Art Dance Studio

Ages 18 months to 3 years old. A great 45 minute class that gives mothers a chance to bond with their children through dance.

Ages 6-7. Includes Ballet, Jazz and Tumbling instruction.

Ages 4-5. Classes include introduction to ballet, tap, creative dance and singing.

This class for ages 14 and up offers a more complex class with an infusion of student’s choreography that will be used in class.

This beginning to intermediate level San Antonio dance class incorporates modern styles from Graham, Horton, Hawkins, Limon and Duncan.

An entire body workout for ages 18+. Work your core while learning choreography to the latest music in Hip Hop and R&B.

Must audition and be accepted into the Company. All members are able to perform in all events and have mandatory practices.

Ages 7 & up. Emphasis on gymnastics training. Working on strength, flexibility and across floor sequencing.

Ages 11 and up. Emphasis on proper technique. As the student progresses curriculum will become more complex.

Ages 6-10. Emphasizes proper tap technique, coordination, producing clear sounds and having fun.

Ages 13 and up. Lyrical hip hop and east and west coast styles are used in this hour long advanced class.

Ages 8-13. Incorporates new and old styles of techniques and music.

Advanced ballet class that includes barre, center, across the room and Pointe (must have teacher’s approval).

Preparation class for Advanced Pointe. Must have teachers approval.

Includes barre, center and across the floor. Emphasis on creating muscle memory and repetition through movement.

One hour San Antonio dance class that teaches proper alignment in classic ballet and an introduction to ballet vocabulary.

Must have teachers approval for this advanced Jazz class.

For ages 11-14. Emphasizes rhythm, accent and choreography.

This dance class is for ages 8-10. This class emphasizes correct alignment and focuses on beginning Jazz technique.
