Join us on a journey of self-discovery and community building. Our accredited 200-hour RYT program is designed to lead you through self-discovery in your own practice as well as empower you to skillfully guide others. In this training, you will be encouraged to question and become curious about the ways you live in your mind, body, spirit and the world. Through thoughtful curriculum, intentional movement, group study, and diverse guest lecturers, you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice and weave these tools into your teachings and life off the mat.
